Job Summary:

As a Business Office Manager at Wickshire Senior Living Group, you will lead and perform the business operations of a community, serving as a liaison with associates, the home office, residents, and responsible parties in areas such as accounts payable and receivable, human resources, financial reporting, and resident and associate records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attract, retain, coach, motivate, and lead an energetic and welcoming concierge team, holding them accountable for meeting all mission, quality, safety, and other performance standards.

2. Maintain all resident and associate files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Manage the community's Accounts Receivable by invoicing customers, posting payments, and tracking non-routine and miscellaneous services requiring billing entries.

4. Process payables, ensuring timely submission, researching issues, and partnering with accounting/finance for resolution.

5. Partner with the Executive Director to monitor community financial reports and budgets, research and report on variances, and support other directors in managing expenses.

6. Serve as a liaison with Human Resources and onsite resource for associates to manage associate records, benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, and other HR-related functions.

7. Process community-level payroll functions by monitoring punch detail and approving entries, updating records as needed, and working to resolve payroll-related associate questions and issues.

8. Coordinate with other Leadership Team members on the screening, hiring, and onboarding of new associates.

9. Where offered, process Medicaid billing and receivables.

10. Serve as a back-up to the concierge desk and as Manager on Duty.

11. Lead and/or participate in required in-service training and education programs.

12. Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and Wickshire Senior Living Group's mission policies, procedures, and standards.

13. Complete all mandatory compliance, HIPAA, and state and federal regulatory training as required.

14. Maintain appropriate confidentiality.
