Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Procore or similar project management tools
  • Background in sectors such as Medical/Senior Living, Self Storage, Multifamily, Retail, Commercial Office, Municipal, or Automotive
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Finance


Responsibilities

  • Oversee all managerial and administrative facets of projects, including estimating, scheduling, quality assurance, progress reporting, billing, design review, cost management, safety protocols, and proposal drafting.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define project specifications.
  • Organize and supervise construction processes to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to secure favorable agreements.
  • Acquire necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
  • Assess resource requirements (manpower, equipment, and materials) while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with on-site Superintendents to plan construction operations and schedule phases to meet deadlines.
  • Engage subcontractors for specialized trade needs.
  • Monitor progress and implement necessary adjustments to achieve project goals.
  • Lead the project closeout process effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report any issues.
  • Manage project financials diligently.
