Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator II to join our team at Nova Southeastern University. This role will provide administrative support to the Program Director and other senior leadership, as well as coordinate various functions and activities within the university.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities and functions for the Program Director and other senior leadership
  • Manage student lockers, prepare work orders, and coordinate annual locker switchovers
  • Prepare and send monthly Simulation Lab schedules to faculty and students
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve complex problems
  • Review data, follow up on discrepancies, and ensure accuracy
  • Enter data, generate reports, and maintain records in NSU software systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process financial transactions
  • Coordinate and monitor the schedule of Program Director and others as assigned
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining records
  • Assist in the coordination of accreditation activities
  • Complete special projects as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Four (4) years of experience providing administrative support and managing/coordinating numerous functions
  • OR Associate degree and three (3) years of experience providing administrative support and managing/coordinating numerous functions
  • OR Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year of experience providing administrative support and managing/coordinating numerous functions

Working Environment

This role will be based in a clinical setting and may require travel on a daily and/or overnight basis. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
