About the Role

As a Territory Sales Executive at Morris Business Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy, fostering long-term partnerships with our most valued clients, and pursuing new sales opportunities within your territory. Key Responsibilities
  • Use outbound sales strategies to generate leads and create relationships with organizations such as hospitals, universities, manufacturing companies, or small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Identify customer needs and market technology products, office equipment, and services.
  • Develop and manage a territory plan to identify new leads and current customers.
  • Research and consult leads from tradeshows, direct inquiry, and cold calls.
  • Maintain and track sales efforts, requiring a solid understanding of the sales cycle and managing a pipeline effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in territory sales, with experience in technology solutions a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competitive nature and a strong desire to win.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong PC skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $150,000 per year (base + commission).
