Job Overview:

The Sales/Business Development - Cranes position at Guy M. Turner, Inc. is focused on sales and job estimating for the company's crane rental/crane service department. As a key member of our team, you will provide accurate job estimating and selling of our crane rental/crane service services. This role enhances and increases the customer base of our crane rental/crane service division through exceptional sales, estimating, business development, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate job estimation and selling of our crane rental/crane service services
* Enhance and increase the customer base of our crane rental/crane service division
* Conduct sales and business development activities to secure crane rental/crane service for current and future client requirements

Requirements:
  • College degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field (preferred)
  • Use of engineering/mathematical/physics/quantitative knowledge for job estimation
  • Willingness to train and understand crane job sales & estimation
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving/analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial, mechanically-inclined mindset
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of cost and profit estimates, pricing proposals, and evaluate contractual risks
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
