Key Responsibilities:

- Proposal Management: Handle incoming RFPs from brokers and consultants, ensuring timely entry into systems. Prepare and review proposals for accuracy before submission.
- Rate Coordination: Collaborate with underwriting teams to determine and revise premium rates for group insurance products throughout the sales process.
- Post-Sale Coordination: Oversee the installation process after a sale is finalized, ensuring all documentation is accurate and delivered to clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about state regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and enhance product knowledge.
- Administrative Support: Perform various office functions, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
