About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at TEKsystems c/o Allegis Group. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our C-level, AVP, VP, and administrative assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to our executive-level users, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and productivity.
  • Manage multiple forms of receiving issues, including phone, text, email, and ServiceNow, and respond within a 10-minute SLA.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all conference rooms are setup correctly for executive-level meetings and that all executives and assistants have the necessary resources.
  • Perform daily tasks, such as inventory management, imaging, and handling requests, to ensure seamless support operations.
  • Develop and maintain situational awareness to effectively address technical issues and provide proactive support.
Requirements
  • Expert-level technical skills in Windows 10, Office 365, and desktop support.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong situational awareness and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
