Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, applications, or networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, conducting root cause analysis and applying effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the proper integration and performance of technical systems.
  • Assist in the design and development of technical solutions, ensuring they meet organizational and project requirements.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Support the development and deployment of new technologies, tools, or systems, ensuring smooth implementation and transition.
  • Conduct system monitoring and performance testing to identify inefficiencies, recommending improvements where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation and system analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with system monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in this field, including leading the performance of studies, surveys, and assessments.
  • Experience conducting extensive research of regulations, policies, and analysis of data to prepare business case analyses, process improvements, SOPs, and staffing studies.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Must be a US citizen.
