- Familiarity with technical documentation and system analysis.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and techniques.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in this field, including leading the performance of studies, surveys, and assessments.
- Experience conducting extensive research of regulations, policies, and analysis of data to prepare business case analyses, process improvements, SOPs, and staffing studies.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Must be a US citizen.
