As a vital member of the Interim HealthCare team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (also known as Caregiver Ambassador) plays a crucial role in fostering a compassionate and high-performing caregiver workforce. This position encompasses both daily operations and strategic initiatives related to caregiver recruitment within a designated area.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Caregiver Ambassador), your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new caregivers
  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract potential candidates
  • Managing the daily operations of the caregiver recruitment process
  • Collaborating with leadership to anticipate and address future recruitment needs
  • Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
  • Working with the team to optimize HR advertising and enhance candidate flow, thereby reducing time to hire
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks within the office

To be considered for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Caregiver Ambassador) role, you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma
  • Preferred management experience
  • Familiarity with waiver, ODP, and OLTL regulations is advantageous
  • Experience in healthcare, elder care, social work, or a related field is preferred
  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in software applications and the ability to navigate various computer systems
  • Adaptability and flexibility to maintain effectiveness during periods of change
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • The willingness to travel locally and occasionally out of town, including overnight stays
