Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and guide visitors, ensuring a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and taking messages as needed.
  • Assist with mailing and marketing efforts by organizing and distributing correspondence, managing packages, and preparing community invitations and notices.
  • Perform administrative tasks including report preparation, coordinating resident assessments, and supporting the onboarding process.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Basic math and computer skills are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or service-related fields is preferred.
