Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned sales operations expert to oversee and optimize our sales processes, tools, and resources. This key position will focus on maximizing the effectiveness of our sales team through comprehensive orientation, training programs, support operations, and analysis.

  • Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and refine pricing models to ensure they reflect the costs and benefits of scale, allowing us to strategically adjust pricing on higher-volume orders to maximize profitability without compromising margin.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, set performance metrics, and analyze data to improve productivity and revenue generation.
  • CRM Systems Management: Manage our CRM systems to ensure they meet the needs of our sales team.
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive support and training to our sales teams to enhance their use of tools, processes, and data.
Key Responsibilities

This role will require strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a talent for working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives, are essential.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, with a track record of success in management or leadership roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales technologies.
  • Exceptional ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, JM Eagle offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
