Account Growth and Sales Strategist: We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our sales team as an Account Growth and Sales Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals independently.
About the Position:
This flexible, part-time position is designed for a strategic and results-driven individual who's ready to make an impact while helping shape our sales processes. You'll work alongside another Account Growth and Sales Strategist and the Founder.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively leverage our CRM database, partnerships, and LinkedIn to network and engage with potential prospects.
- Independently drive new business cycles from initial contact, pitching, and winning deals.
- Support long-term growth by documenting and refining sales processes for others to follow in the future.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional client experiences.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience selling services (similar industries to ours are preferred).
- Ability to connect services to business outcomes and articulate the why behind our work.
- Comfortable navigating CRMs, curious to learn about new features, and able to adopt new software tools quickly.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
