We are looking for a pivotal contributor to fill the role of Field Service Manager. The Field Service Manager (FSM) will support the Regional Service Director (RSD) and oversee customer relations, installations, and provide mentorship to Field Service Technicians (FST).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians
  • Ensure effective training and onboarding of new team members in the designated region
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional management skills
  • Conduct technical site surveys and inspections with expertise in plumbing, drainage, and building layout
  • Accurately manage and submit reports, paperwork, and communications to the Regional Service Director
  • Assist the Regional Service Director with hiring, personnel management, and administrative duties
  • Act as a substitute for other Field Service Managers or the Regional Service Director as needed
  • Exhibit regular and dependable attendance

Qualifications

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a management role
  • Completion of a vocational technical school diploma or certification
  • Experience in field operations related to water filtration, water coolers, ice machines, and beverage dispensing units
  • Prior management experience, preferably in a route-based environment
  • Preferred qualifications include licensed plumbing or extensive plumbing skills
  • Familiarity with power tools, ladders, and aerial work platforms over 6 feet
  • OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to complete training within 3 months of employment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with personal digital devices (tablets and smartphones)
  • Knowledge of ServiceMax and Salesforce is advantageous
  • A valid driver's license in good standing
  • Clean work history and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required
