Crown is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Lead Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of field service technicians and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of field service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service tasks
- Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
