Position Overview

As a member of our dynamic advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in our Financial Services Advisory practice, which integrates our extensive global reach, client base, industry knowledge, and innovative strategies to assist organizations in achieving their strategic goals. Our clientele includes a diverse range of financial institutions, from leading global banks and insurers to regional and community banks, asset management firms, and emerging Fintech companies.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of talented leaders and colleagues, both within Forvis and among our clients. You will be encouraged to explore and engage with relevant topics aligned with your career aspirations.

Specific Contributions Include:
  • Ensuring high standards in work quality, client interactions, and teamwork.
  • Maintaining knowledge of business process enhancement, financial and management reporting, ERP system implementations, and FP&A analytics relevant to your projects.
  • Developing the skills necessary to foster strong client relationships and loyalty.
  • Taking on leadership responsibilities in client engagements as your expertise grows.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by firm leadership.
  • Leading client engagement activities throughout all phases of project lifecycles.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a public accounting firm or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CPA certification or eligibility.
  • Experience in consulting or industry roles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
