Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a substantial volume of daily client interactions, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information.
  • Establish standardized best practices for activities such as client onboarding and investment oversight.
  • Support trading activities, model maintenance, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee alternative investments, international accounts, and client setup processes.
  • Engage in client meetings alongside Financial Advisors.
  • Monitor and manage expenses incurred by Financial Advisors.
  • Create reports aimed at enhancing practice efficiency and implementing strategies for team performance improvement.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, account openings, and conduct research on client information.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and organizational standards.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively to support Financial Advisors effectively.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, seminars, and client-related events.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to remain informed about industry policies.
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Understanding of the company's structure, policies, and industry strategies.
  • Familiarity with office practices, procedures, and investment concepts.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, products, and trading terminology.
Skills
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and goal-setting tools.
  • Experience using Excel for reporting and communication across various platforms.
Abilities

Educational and Experience Requirements
