Key Responsibilities
This role is crucial in delivering exceptional administrative support to Financial Advisors, as well as to both prospective and existing clients. The successful candidate will:

  • Act as the primary contact for a high volume of daily interactions, addressing inquiries, providing quotes, and scheduling meetings with clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist in standardizing best practices for activities such as client onboarding and investment monitoring.
  • Engage in trading activities, model maintenance, and performance tracking.
  • Manage alternative investments and foreign accounts, ensuring proper setup and maintenance.
  • Participate in client meetings alongside Financial Advisors.
  • Oversee budgeting and expense tracking for Financial Advisors.
  • Generate reports to enhance practice efficiencies and identify key performance metrics.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and manage account openings while conducting thorough research using internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with firm and industry standards regarding client information and documentation.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team to provide essential support.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives, including seminars and client events.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on industry practices.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior team members, optimizing team workflow and operational efficiencies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Understanding of the company's structure, policies, and strategies.
  • Familiarity with managed account platforms and general office practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of investment concepts and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and Excel.

Education and Experience
Applicants should have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, along with five years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Relevant licenses such as SIE, Series 7, and any state-required registrations.
