Position Overview

As a key member of our expanding advisory team, you will play a vital role in our Financial Services Advisory practice. This team integrates our global reach, client relationships, industry knowledge, and innovative strategies to assist organizations in achieving their strategic goals. Our clientele includes a diverse range of financial institutions, from major global banks and insurers to regional banks, asset managers, and emerging Fintech companies.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of talented professionals and subject matter experts. You will engage in projects that align with your interests and career aspirations, allowing for both personal and professional growth.

Key Contributions:
  • Deliver high-quality work while fostering strong client and team relationships.
  • Maintain expertise in business process improvement, financial reporting, ERP implementations, and FP&A analytics relevant to your projects.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities on client engagements as your expertise grows.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
  • Lead client engagement activities throughout all phases of project execution.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in public accounting or a related industry.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CPA certification or eligibility.
  • Experience in consulting or relevant industry roles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
