Accountant I Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional to join our team at Central Payments LLC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience with NetSuite and Excel. Responsibilities will include preparing and sending invoices, working closely with our partner success department, and assisting with financial audits and month-end/year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send invoices to partners
  • Work closely with our partner success department to deliver premium service
  • Help manage corporate card expenses
  • Maintain accurate vendor and partner profiles in NetSuite and assist with W9s and 1099 processing
  • Prepare entries based on cash reconciliations and assist with general ledger reconciliations
  • Play a key role in financial audits and assist in month-end/year-end close processes

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience
  • Experience in NetSuite and Excel preferred
  • Software automation experience is a plus
