Overview

We are currently seeking an Architectural Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in enhancing our service offerings and capabilities through the development of our most valuable asset—our personnel. As a recognized leader among the nation's top A/E firms, The LiRo Group specializes in construction management, engineering, environmental services, architectural solutions, and program management. Our organization has recently consolidated experienced staff from our parent company to create a more robust and efficient team, enhancing our ability to serve clients effectively. The LiRo Group is a large firm with multiple offices, providing a diverse and dynamic work environment.

The client for this project is a prominent state office.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction and rehabilitation projects for various clients.
  • Support Senior and Associate Architects in delivering services tailored to the urgent needs of our client agencies.
  • Engage in projects that are budget-conscious and deadline-driven, requiring comprehensive knowledge of building and fire codes as well as architectural standards.
  • Draft and modify architectural drawings across all project phases.
  • Review design documents and construction estimates.
  • Coordinate with engineering consultants and ensure alignment with MEP, Civil, and Structural drawings.
  • Research products and materials relevant to projects.
  • Conduct constructability reviews to ensure project feasibility.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Sketch Up Pro, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of both International and Local Building Codes is beneficial.
  • Possess strong conceptual, communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on various projects.
