Compensation Range: $95,000 - $110,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee landscape architecture projects from initiation to completion.
  • Direct the design process, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce comprehensive plans, specifications, and drawings.
  • Conduct technical reviews and provide solutions to design challenges.
  • Lead a team of designers and landscape architects, promoting a collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Delegate tasks, track progress, and guide team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Mentor team members to enhance their skills and professional development.
  • Facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, invoicing, and receivables efficiently.
  • Support business development initiatives.
  • Oversee proposal preparation for landscape architecture projects, guiding internal teams and liaising with clients and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA) required; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with a focus on project management.
  • Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
