We are currently seeking an Architectural Assistant to support our construction and rehabilitation projects. This role is essential in delivering high-quality services to our diverse clientele.

About Us:
The LiRo Group is a leading firm recognized for its excellence in construction management, engineering, and architectural solutions. We pride ourselves on our integrated approach to construction, design, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior and Associate Architects in executing projects that meet client needs.
- Engage in drafting and modifying architectural drawings across all project phases.
- Review design documents and construction estimates for accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering consultants and coordinate documentation with MEP, Civil, and Structural drawings.
- Conduct research on products and materials relevant to projects.
- Perform constructability reviews to ensure project feasibility.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Sketch Up Pro, Rhino 3D Max, or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Knowledge of International and Local Building Codes is preferred.
- Strong conceptual, communication, planning, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
