Ardurra is seeking a Survey Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to enhance their operations.
Position Overview
The Survey RPLS will manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring that all elements such as scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk management are effectively coordinated to provide exceptional client service while ensuring profitability. The primary objective is to cultivate robust client relationships and surpass profit expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project cost estimates and proposals
- Create project timelines, financial plans, and invoicing processes post-award
- Establish and maintain effective communication between contractors and clients to ensure transparency
- Oversee field teams and CAD drafting to guarantee timely completion of tasks
- Authorize and deliver survey products in compliance with Texas regulations and client standards
- Foster relationships with significant clients
Required Qualifications
- Professional licensure as a PSM / PLS in Texas
- Demonstrated experience in project engineering roles
