Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Professional Land Surveyor - Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our survey team, you will be responsible for managing survey projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage survey projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of survey personnel, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and to provide regular project updates.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all survey work is completed to the highest quality standards, and that all deliverables meet client requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to projects, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including estimating, forecasting, and reporting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in land surveying, with at least 5 years of experience in project management.
- Licenses/Certifications: Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license in Texas, and Louisiana license a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
