Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture client relationships effectively.
- Oversee land surveying projects to ensure adherence to timelines and financial plans.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to track project developments.
- Engage with both field and office teams to establish a cohesive approach to surveying operations.
- Prepare proposals and cost assessments for various surveying services including Platting, ALTA surveys, design surveys, and construction staking.
- Demonstrate proficiency in base mapping and a thorough understanding of Certificates of Titles and legal descriptions.
- Draft and evaluate legal descriptions.
- Create and assess subdivision plats, ALTA surveys, and boundary surveys to comply with relevant regulations.
- Essential: Valid Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor license.
- A minimum of five years of experience in the field of land surveying.
- At least three years of experience utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing projects from inception to completion.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a commendable driving history.
