Are you experienced in managing organizational transitions? Do you have a strong interest in the human aspects of change? The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis invites you to contribute to the establishment of a new Organizational Change Management (OCM) framework within the Treasury Services division.

We are embarking on significant technological advancements that will influence both our workforce and the public customers who interact with us. This initiative is dedicated to enhancing communication as we navigate through our forthcoming business and technology transformation.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the OCM and Communications director to develop a versatile OCM framework applicable to various projects, both small and large.
  • Engage with fellow leaders in the division to assess their requirements.
  • Support employees in recognizing the significance of change management.
  • Devise and implement strategies to guide employees through impending technological and procedural shifts.


Job Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of higher education and experience.
  • A degree in business or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • For Level III: 5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • For Level IV: 8 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Demonstrated sound business judgment and independent decision-making capabilities are essential. Strong communication and project management skills are necessary, along with prior experience in developing or contributing to an OCM framework for various initiatives. Familiarity with applying change management principles to projects is also required.

We value individuals who are willing to educate others on the application of the framework, utilize both existing and custom materials during the development process, and demonstrate a collaborative spirit as team players. Being highly organized and passionate about change is crucial.

Prosci Certification is strongly preferred, and experience in a business operations or financial setting is advantageous. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents with at least three years of legal residency in any visa category.
