We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Change Management Consultant. In this role, you will be tasked with crafting and executing strategies for clients that are rooted in change management principles, strategic communications, or a combination of both. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding large, complex organizations through the successful implementation and adoption of change initiatives.
Impactful Contributions- Utilize your extensive knowledge in change management and communications to become a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Lead the strategy development and oversee the execution of deliverables with confidence.
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership to manage projects, gather insights, and ensure strategies facilitate quicker adoption and greater utilization.
- Apply both conventional skills and creative thinking to solve challenges.
- Conduct analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of plans, making adjustments as necessary, and provide regular updates to clients and the Pivot team.
- Foster relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in change management methodologies and tools (6 years is the minimum; candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply).
- Certification in change management (Prosci certification is preferred).
- Experience managing significant cultural or technological changes within large, complex corporate structures.
- Proven ability to navigate intricate, global organizations and successfully implement large-scale transformations.
- Comfort and confidence in working with and advising senior executives.
- Experience in executing internal communications programs for sizable organizations; experience in HR or IT communications is advantageous.
