Job Overview:

The Wealth Management Support Specialist is integral to the success of wealth advisors at CCM. This role serves as the primary resource for support and preparation, facilitating effective communication between clients, advisors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documentation and presentation materials for client consultations.
  • Manage client communications through various channels including phone, email, and postal services.
  • Oversee and verify all client information and tasks within the firm's CRM system.
  • Assist advisors with financial planning processes, including data collection, net worth statement creation, and inputting information into retirement planning tools.
  • Support advisors in managing client portfolios and ensure clear internal communication regarding client progress.
  • Actively seek ways to improve planning efficiency, data application, and impactful activities.
  • Leverage the firm's technology platforms for precise and timely data entry to enhance collaboration and improve the client experience.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Previous experience in client support, portfolio management, or a comparable role within the financial services sector.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, solve problems, and willingly take on additional responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
