Role Overview

The Regional Operations Manager position involves overseeing and managing a designated segment of the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support to vendors, individuals served, and other stakeholders. In this capacity, the Regional Operations Manager will lead Extensive Support Needs (ESN) sites in multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise managers and staff, overseeing recruitment, orientation, training, and performance evaluations
  • Provide guidance to program staff through program directors/coordinators
  • Play a pivotal role in establishing and implementing organizational philosophy, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate staff training on various standards and regulations
  • Manage and supervise all personnel within the designated area
  • Participate in developing a comprehensive training program
  • Contribute to survey processes and compliance
  • Share budgetary responsibilities with senior leaders
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment
  • Facilitate Individual Support Plan (ISP) development and team meetings
  • Monitor behavioral programs and individual rights
  • Ensure effective communication among team members
  • Oversee staff interactions and community involvement of individuals served
  • Maintain homes' appearance, safety, and upkeep
  • Provide recommendations on organizational policies and procedures
  • Represent the company in State or National Committees
Working Hours:
  • Flexibility required, including on-call availability during weekends and non-standard hours
Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • Over 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills, responsibility, flexibility, and prior supervisory experience
