Lead Our Team as a Sales Representative

CLINT MCLAIN is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our organization. As a leader in our industry for 120 years, we offer a unique opportunity for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships and a proven track record of success in sales and leadership. Key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Research new business opportunities through B2B outreach and lead generation.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing requirements include:

Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
