PO&G Resources, LP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Land Department as an Owner Relations and Land Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless communication with owners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to the Land Department, including scanning and organizing files, and responding to incoming mail and emails.
  • Track and respond to owner inquiries in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with data entry into OGSys, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor and organize owner relations inboxes, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Oil and gas experience preferred, with a strong understanding of industry operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide prompt and professional responses to owner inquiries.
