Vice President Global Sales Enablement

As the Vice President of Global Sales Enablement, you'll play a crucial role in equipping our sales ecosystem with the knowledge, training, and resources needed to engage with prospects and close deals.
The Global Sales Enablement team is responsible for fostering close collaboration between sales, marketing, segments, partners, and customer success teams. By ensuring the sales ecosystem is well-informed about product offerings, market trends, sales processes, and customer needs, we drive sales productivity, shorten sales cycles, and position PTC for sustained success in a competitive market.
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll develop and execute strategies that enable our sales ecosystem to be more effective in engaging, educating, prospecting, and closing deals. You'll work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Segments, and Seller Partners to ensure the sales ecosystem is equipped with the right tools, resources, and knowledge to succeed.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with PTC's key sales objectives and revenue goals.
- Partnering with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to understand needs, expectations, and priorities.
- Evaluating, implementing, and managing sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales enablement team.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs.
