Sales and Membership Specialist

Overview:
A vibrant CycleBar studio is in search of a dedicated and sales-oriented individual eager to advance into a leadership position. This role is essential for driving sales and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage plus commission incentives based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking initiatives.
- Drive membership sales and manage membership renewals.
- Oversee staff scheduling and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
- Participate in community events and studio promotions.
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to attract new members.
- Foster relationships with current and prospective members to enhance retention.
- Conduct monthly planning activities to secure new leads.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to coach and train staff on sales and hospitality techniques.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, service sales, or fitness sales.
- Proven ability to generate personal sales and mentor team members.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment.
- Passion for fitness and wellness.
- Highly organized with excellent data management skills.
- Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic.
- Proficient in using computers and studio management software.
