Position Overview

Essity, a global frontrunner in health and hygiene, is seeking a skilled Healthcare Sales Specialist focused on Advanced Wound Care. This role is pivotal in enhancing the sales of the Hydrofera product line within designated regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance within the assigned territory, focusing on Acute Care, Surgical Areas, and Wound Care Centers.
  • Engage with a variety of healthcare professionals to influence product selection and usage.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets through key account management and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in targeted accounts to ensure ongoing business growth.
  • Plan and execute territory management strategies, including pre and post-call planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with wound care and surgical markets is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
