- Proficient in operating electronic diagnostic tools
- High School Diploma or GED (mandatory)
- ASE Certification or Technical degree (preferred)
- Minimum one year of experience in a service department (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass routine background checks and drug screenings
