Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tests to verify that systems and components are secure and functioning correctly
  • Identify systems or components that may be contributing to malfunctions
  • Perform test drives and check fluid levels, making necessary refills
  • Ensure proper tire pressure and maintain cleanliness and lubrication of fittings
  • Install new oil drain plugs and filters, communicating oil levels to team members
  • Maintain high efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
  • Proactively repair or replace worn components to prevent vehicle breakdowns
  • Utilize power tools, machine tools, and standard hand tools for various tasks
Required Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and quick diagnostic skills
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities, with a desire for continuous improvement
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, repair techniques, and specifications
  • Proficient in operating electronic diagnostic tools
  • High School Diploma or GED (mandatory)
  • ASE Certification or Technical degree (preferred)
  • Minimum one year of experience in a service department (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass routine background checks and drug screenings
