The **Sales Support Specialist** will play a crucial role in providing administrative and sales assistance to the Private Label/Custom Manufacturing (PL/CM) and International Business Managers. This position is vital for ensuring that partner requirements are met promptly and that channel performance goals are achieved.

**Key Responsibilities include:**

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to business development managers and the Executive Vice President, including order entry, logistics coordination, sales analytics, presentation development, scheduling with internal stakeholders, and note-taking.

2. Oversee the label creation and ordering process, collaborating with customers, design teams, regulatory/quality, and operations to ensure timely fulfillment of PL/CM orders.

3. Offer project management support for PL/CM and international clients, working closely with R&D, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that appropriate materials are available and repurposed for PL/CM and international partners.

5. Compile and analyze weekly/monthly reports related to channel and partner performance, assisting with the execution of monthly sales forecasting initiatives.

6. Maintain accurate account information in NetSuite and ensure a comprehensive database of all channel activities.

7. Manage customer data and communication to ensure all accounts receive necessary accounting and marketing information from ERP/CRM systems.

8. Conduct research to identify new partners and assess incoming leads for potential opportunities and channel categorization.

9. Act as a liaison between departments and sales channels to enhance internal process efficiencies and align strategic initiatives across various internal stakeholder groups.

10. Develop expertise in all Quicksilver products and systems, effectively communicating product features, benefits, and pricing.

11. Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures.

12. Manage resources within predetermined budget parameters and ensure customer adherence to established policies and procedures.

**Travel Requirements:**

Travel may be necessary for conferences and events as approved by management.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales support role.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

- Experience with MIS Systems, particularly NetSuite ERP & HubSpot.

- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs during company events and peak shipping periods.

**Ideal Candidates will possess the following traits:**

- Experience in sales support within the Nutraceutical or Health and Wellness industry.

- International sales experience, particularly with ESL customers.

- Familiarity with Private Label/Custom Manufacturing sales or support.

- Project management certification or equivalent experience.

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Client-facing skills with an aptitude for building relationships across all organizational levels.

- A willingness to learn sales methods and techniques.

- Knowledge of sales/customer service software, databases, and tools.

- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a collaborative team approach.

- Strong numerical analysis, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

- Results-driven and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and engage with diverse stakeholders.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

- A positive attitude and willingness to participate in ad-hoc projects.
