Key Responsibilities
- Member Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist members with merchandise returns, exchanges, and pick-ups, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Sales and Upselling
- Drive sales growth by promoting BJ's membership programs and services to members.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to members, ensuring they receive the best value for their membership.
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in sales promotions and events to drive sales growth and engage with members.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of member transactions, including merchandise returns and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to BJ's standards.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or sales.
- Sales and Communication Skills
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and communicate effectively with members.
- Teamwork and Adaptability
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and adapt to changing sales environments.
