Position Overview
The EVERSANA/Millicent Pharma Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist will be tasked with promoting Intrarosa & Femring to OB/GYNs within a designated geographic area. This role involves delivering value by engaging healthcare professionals, office personnel, and decision-makers through direct interactions aimed at enhancing the visibility of the assigned client products, optimizing sales potential, and achieving or surpassing established goals and objectives. The Sales Specialist is expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of their products, clientele, and territory.
Building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers is essential, as the Specialist will educate them on product features, advantages, safety profiles, and approved uses to ensure proper patient application.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited institution, preferably in business, life sciences, or a clinical field.
- A minimum of one year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales, or relevant experience in B2B sales, or as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or similar clinical role with established connections to OB/GYNs in the assigned area.
- A proven track record of measurable sales achievements is preferred.
- Ability to analyze and act on sales data within a defined territory.
- Strong and persuasive communication skills with healthcare providers.
- Capacity to work autonomously while exercising sound business judgment and discretion, and to identify and address opportunities within the territory.
- Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools is advantageous.
- Proficient in business software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required, within a two-hour radius from the headquarters, with some overnight travel possible.
