About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Master's Transportation. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales, including product evaluation, pricing negotiations, and contract development.

You will work closely with transit agencies, school districts, and private fleet operators to ensure responsiveness and eliminate competition on bids/RFPs. Your goal will be to grow existing business and proactively search for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales activities within the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Work with the Director of Sales to grow existing business and identify new opportunities
  • Responsible for all aspects of a sale, including product evaluation, pricing negotiations, and contract development

Requirements:

  • Auto industry experience preferred
  • Ability to build strong long-term relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate responsibly and independently without supervision
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
