Sales Director

Starwest Botanicals, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Identify new market opportunities and assess the viability of new products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel frequently within the United States and occasionally internationally.
- Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
- Opportunity to earn commission or bonus based on individual and team performance.
