Job Description

Bloom Value Corporation is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Risk Solution Sales efforts in California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals with Risk Bearing Organizations in the CA market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of risk market engagement in California, with a deep understanding of IPA's, Risk Contracts, and Shared Savings Programs. They will also possess extensive knowledge of Medicare Advantage's Risk Adjustments and HCCs, as well as claims adjudication platforms.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Generating leads for California RBO's
  • Closing sales of Bloom's Enterprise AI Platform for Risk Bearing Entities
  • Engaging CA RBO's in face-to-face engagements at their facilities
  • Engaging CA RBO's in industry conferences and events
  • Closing 2 deals per quarter
  • Contributing to offering and product roadmap
  • Developing partner channels

Compensation will include a base salary of $150K - $250K per year, commission, and equity tied to performance.

Requirements include:

  • Proven track record of risk market engagement in California
  • Proven track record dealing with risk bearing organizations
  • Deep knowledge and network into the California risk market
  • Deep industry knowledge of IPA's, Risk Contracts, and Shared Savings Programs
  • Extensive knowledge of Medicare Advantage's Risk Adjustments and HCCs
  • Deep knowledge of claims adjudication platforms
  • 10+ Healthcare industry experience, specifically in the Payor segment
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare technology ecosystem
