Job Description

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective lead generation strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • A proven track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, plus commission and bonus incentives. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
