We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Revenue Expansion Specialist. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Chicago area to drive revenue growth.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  3. Cultivate relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  4. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  1. Networking and Relationship Building:
  1. Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including local businesses, startups, freelancers, and professionals.
  2. Attend networking events, industry conferences, and community gatherings to promote our coworking spaces and establish our brand presence.
  3. Leverage existing relationships and referrals to generate leads and expand our client base.
  1. Location Development and Management:
  1. Oversee the development and growth of our new Chicago location, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with market demands.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the offerings and amenities of the coworking space to meet the evolving needs of members.
  3. Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  1. Remote Support for New York City Offices:
  1. Provide remote support to our New York City offices by assisting with sales initiatives, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team in New York City to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and sales targets.
