About the Role

In this exciting role as a Customer Service Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Sales Team to drive revenue growth. You will begin your career in an accelerated training program, learning the industry and our company's culture. Upon completing training, you will become a dedicated Account Representative focused on identifying and growing new and existing business opportunities by presenting our customers with our latest transportation services 24/7/365.

You'll be responsible for communicating with the sales team and customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships, managing daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery, working with the sales team to provide competitive pricing and rates, and inputting, updating, and managing shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems.

We're looking for someone who is determined to succeed, has excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work with the latest technologies. If you're passionate about providing great customer service and have a college degree, we encourage you to apply.
