Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Client Support Specialists to join our team.

Work Schedule

Full-Time: Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts available between 7 AM and 7 PM.
Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 5 PM.

Compensation

Client Support Specialist I Salary Range: $15 - $18 per hour
Client Support Specialist II Salary Range: $18 - $20 per hour
Incentives: Opportunities for monthly bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

The Client Support Specialist II role encompasses several critical functions, including:

  • Managing inbound and outbound communications, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Providing detailed information regarding consumer loan accounts.
  • Conducting follow-ups through calls and emails as necessary.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of client interactions and administrative tasks.
  • Adhering to compliance and operational standards to ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment; experience in consumer finance is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Experience in managing workflows effectively.
  • Ability to follow established best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
