We are currently in search of a Client Support Specialist to join our team.

The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering administrative and general office assistance to the designated department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, providing responses and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Welcome and assist all visitors, identifying their needs and guiding them to the right personnel.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of shared spaces.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for designated branches.
  • Input payroll-related data into the payroll system to meet deadlines as required.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate courier services as needed by staff.
  • Assist with bulk mailing tasks as requested.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence as needed by the executive team.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and manage special orders as necessary.
  • Request Insurance Certificates as needed.
  • Facilitate customer invoice approvals as required.
  • Process deposits and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain an organized electronic filing system.
  • Coordinate special events as they arise.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Professional demeanor and courteous attitude; friendly and approachable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a focus on service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint.
  • Typing skills of at least 45 words per minute.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to improving processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse groups.
