Glory House is seeking dedicated Full-time and Part-time Client Support Technicians for our operations.
Compensation starts at $16.50 per hour, with variations based on experience. Additional differentials apply for overnight and weekend shifts.
Available Shifts:
Full-Time: 4 PM - 12 AM
The Client Support Technician (CST) role is essential in facilitating the daily functions of our facility. This position involves supervising clients, many of whom are navigating the criminal justice system, within a residential addiction treatment environment. Responsibilities include ensuring the completion of client activities and overseeing their responsibilities. The role also includes administering Breathalyzer and Urinalysis Tests, along with providing certified training for Drug Patch Tests on-site.
All necessary employee training and certifications will be conducted on-site.
Benefits include: Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off (PTO), 401K, Dental Insurance, and AFLAC options.

Qualifications:
While experience in corrections or addiction treatment is preferred, it is not mandatory. A degree or coursework in criminal justice or related human services fields is also preferred but not required. Candidates must successfully pass a drug screening and background investigation.
