Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to customers and business partners through phone and email communications.
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and composure.
  • Identify, evaluate, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Track the status of delivery routes.
  • Verify haul-away pods and confirm documentation.
  • Manage modifications or cancellations of delivery requests.
Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year of relevant experience, ideally in a call center setting.
  • Strong customer service abilities with a focus on effective issue resolution.
  • Excellent multitasking skills coupled with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure while providing exceptional customer solutions.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
