Client Support Specialist

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Ssbia is seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to become an integral part of our team in Sioux Falls, SD. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction while exploring growth opportunities within our organization. Attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the bank, delivering outstanding service to customers.
  • Facilitate the opening and closing of accounts.
  • Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other teller-related tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform proof operations.
  • Foster strong customer relationships.
  • Educate clients on bank services and promote cross-selling opportunities.
  • Adhere to all banking and regulatory standards.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and policies.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience in banking transactions and internal processing.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Familiarity with compliance policies and procedures.
  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Experience:

At least one year of experience in banking or financial services (preferred).

At least one year of experience in customer service (preferred).

Compensation: Starting at $15.00, based on qualifications.
