- Culinary Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, with a proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
- Culinary Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial Management: Ability to analyze financial reports and make informed decisions about menu pricing, inventory management, and labor costs.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, carry up to 120 feet, and move through 24-inch aisles and spaces as small as 12 inches.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $105,000 - $125,000 based on experience, plus a realized bonus.
